My Proposition:

· To conduct a personal interview with you (and any other members of your family you may wish to include) in order to select old photographs from your family albums and understand your personal requirements and objectives.

· To give my full artistic attention to capturing and representing your notions and images in my work.

· To produce fine artistic work with attention to detail, including in the selection of materials and printing facilities.

The Commission Agreement:

· You commission me to create a customised Personal Art Photograph in A3+ format (30cm x 46cm) at €2000.

· You may request larger format (approximately 90/70cm ) at €3800 each. (These prices do not include framing)

· The full resolution digital media of each Personal Art Photograph shall remain my personal property.

· I will keep 3 editions of this work in size A3+ and 10 in larger format 90/70 cm for future personal exhibitions.

· A deposit of 50% of the total commission is due at the beginning of the project.

· Payment of the remaining 50% balance of the total commission is due within 14 days of delivery.

· Variations to this agreement are only valid in writing and by mutual consent.

· This agreement may not be terminated by either party.
